You can benefit from working with us in several ways:

1. Surgery performed by Dr. Lotzkat and Dr. Claar in their practice in Hannover (if possible)

2. If it’s more convenient for you, Dr. Lotzkat’s team will visit your office and perform the surgeries there. If you have more than one implant patient, we can schedule a whole day for treating your patients surgically. Dr. Lotzkat will provide the surgeon, the assistants, the anaesthesiologist, and the material.

3. Deep sedation monitored by a trained anaesthesiologist

4. We offer a written statement for the referral practice guaranteeing that Dr.lotzkat’s team will only perform the surgery and will them refer the patient back to his regular dentist after second stage surgery. Of course the prosthetic team can also choose to uncover the implants themselves.

5. Up front evaluation of the complete case, i.e. a surgical and prosthetic treatment plan drawn up by Dr. Lotzkat’s team.

6. For better prosthetic planning Dr.lotzkat can assist in explaining treatment options to your patients on a regular basis.

7. Use of only a small number of implant systems to keep the amount of required tools and parts to a minimum. If possible the referring dentist’s choice of system is used.

8. All necessary parts and tools can be ordered through Implants are us.

9. Dr. Lotzkat can help you deal with cost estimates and insurance questions.

10. We can contact experienced German dental labs for you if you are insecure about who best to work with when it gets to implants.

11. If you already have some experience with normal cases, we can help you solve the bigger or more advanced kind.

12. Dr. Lotzkat also offers to supervize beginner’s work and thus help them gain confidence: Surgery can be performed by new implantologists while monitored by Dr. Lotzkat.

14. If for whatever reason an implant treatment should fail, IMPLANTS ARE US makes repairing damages easy. We offer a five year warranty at 50 € per implant that covers 80 % of the cost for a new implant and/or suprastructure. Feel free to ask us for details.
